Scott serves as Director of Operations, utilizing his successful background in management, ministry, and operations to help Bruster PLLC function with purpose and efficiency.

Before joining the team at Bruster PLLC Scott worked as Youth Pastor at Christ Church Nashville for six years. Among other career highlights, he has worked in residential real estate, served as an Executive Director for a non-profit organization, and was the General Manager of a restaurant in Franklin, TN. Scott supports Bruster PLLC as Director of Operations, wearing several hats including but not limited to operations, systems, administrative responsibilities, office management and marketing. While most of Scott’s time is dedicated to operations, he is a pastoral presence to our firm, clients, and friends of the firm.

Scott, his wife, Jenn and their three children moved here to Dallas in February of 2023 for Jenn to serve as a Pastor at St. Bartholomew’s Anglican Church in East Dallas. When Scott is not at work you can find him spending time with his family in the backyard or at a local park, serving at St. Bart’s, or enjoying a cup of coffee with a friend.
